Rates
New rates for captain only charters. Does not include hostess/cook and food. These can be arranged for a fee.
2 person captain only charter $3600 (to include food, hostess/cook add $1300)
3 person captain only charter $4450 (to include food, hostess/cook add $1450)
4 person captain only charter $5300 (to include food, hostess/cook add $1600)
15% premium for Christmas/New Years (December 19 - January 5)
All prices are per week and do not include gratuities (typically 15-20%) taxes and any per person govt/park fees. Price for 2 people is for 1 cabin; 4 people 2 cabins. Rates are based on double occupancy.
SOLD THE FARM'S home port is Road Harbour, BVI. We prefer a BVI pickup however we will accommodate a USVI pickup if necessary.
Your charter includes:
private quarters and bathroom; use of onboard floating devices, beach and water toys; all onboard breakfasts, lunches and 5 dinners per week; domestic beer, wine and liquor (*we reserve the right to limit quantities); activity bookings; suitable alternate arrangements that may be required as a result of damage to the boat or failure of equipment.
Your charter does not include:
transportation, accommodation or transfer costs related to travel to and from the charter location; airport fees, departure or customs fees, or other fees and charges not related to the charter; fees for on-shore activities, including meals, accommodation, entertainment, tours, equipment rental fees for any water or land-based activities; premium liquors, liqueurs, vintage wines or champagnes. Special requests can be accommodated and will be charged at local rates; personal medical, travel accident or trip cancellation insurance, it is strongly advised that this be arranged in advance on an individual basis; any liability for the loss or damage of personal items or any personal injury or death, except for that caused by willful neglect or negligence on the part of staff.
Permits vary depending on destination but are not typically more than $4 person US per day (BVI’s) with departure taxes typically about $20 person US.
We reserve the right to modify charter itineraries due to potential weather concerns and are not responsible for any on-shore costs incurred by guests as a result of charter postponement, suspension or cancellation due to potential or actual severe weather conditions.
